Our passion is especially rooted in supporting minority-owned businesses as they strengthen their HR foundations to secure sustainable growth.

In addition to organizational consulting, we coach individuals across the employee life cycle; from post-graduates entering the workforce, to mid-career professionals seeking to upskill or pivot, to leaders developing their executive presence, and those preparing for new chapters in or beyond their careers.

Led by Da’Shira Craig, a SHRM-SCP certified professional with a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, and an in-progress ICF PCC certification (expected 2026), DiverseHR Solutions brings both strategic insight and human connection to every engagement.

We’re currently partnering with coaching clients who are ready to refine their leadership, strengthen their strategy, and move from functional to optimal impact. Consulting engagements will reopen in Q3 2026.
